Important Vascular Warning: Unintentional injection of filler into a blood vessel is a rare but severe medical emergency. It can cause vessel occlusion, tissue necrosis, or in extremely rare cases, visual impairment, blindness, or stroke. Urgent symptoms include severe or worsening pain, skin blanching (pale, grey, or mottled skin), unusually cold skin, or visual disturbances. These require immediate medical assessment, not waiting for a routine review.
