A common misconception is that “NCTC 109” means the product contains 109 active ingredients. The number 109 forms part of the product name. The official formula reviewed lists 12 vitamins, 24 amino-acid components, six mineral salts, and three coenzymes, together with sodium hyaluronate. Official sources do not support describing the product as containing 109 active ingredients.
mesohyal NCTC 109 is a doctor-administered intradermal biorevitalisation solution containing low-concentration noncrosslinked hyaluronic acid together with vitamins, amino-acid components, mineral salts and coenzymes. It is intended mainly for selected facial skin-quality concerns.
Official product information does not support describing it as a 109-ingredient treatment. The listed formula includes 12 vitamins, 24 amino-acid components, six mineral salts and three coenzymes, together with sodium hyaluronate. The number 109 is part of the product name.
The listed concentration is 0.025 mg/mL, equivalent to 0.0025%. A 5 mL vial therefore contains approximately 0.125 mg of sodium hyaluronate. This is much lower than the HA concentration in many conventional skin boosters.
Biorevitalisation is an aesthetic term for intradermal treatment intended to support selected aspects of skin quality. It does not mean complete cell regeneration, permanent collagen rebuilding or reversal of ageing.
It may support modest improvement in selected superficial or dehydration-related fine lines. Dynamic wrinkles, deep folds, major volume loss and significant skin laxity may require a different treatment.
