Following consultation, medical review, and verification of the single-use 2 mL syringe identity and batch, treatment involves multiple small injections into selected areas. Patients may feel pinching, stinging, or pressure. Comfort measures like topical cooling may be considered, though complete painlessness cannot be guaranteed.

Evidence & Limitations: We are transparent about clinical evidence. While broader PN research shows promising skin-quality outcomes, a previously published facial-middle-third study involving Plinest Fast (combined with other products) was formally retracted, and a 2026 real-world study assessed standard Plinest, not Fast. Therefore, Plinest Fast-specific controlled facial studies remain limited, and results vary.

The primary goal is gradual support of skin quality, not permanent regeneration. While expert publications often discuss two to four sessions spaced weeks apart, the exact schedule depends on the current Malaysian Instructions for Use and your individual response. We do not promise instant “glass skin” or a fixed package cure, ensuring patients from Johor Bahru and Singapore receive conservative, honest care.

Safe polynucleotide treatment involves manageable downtime, but the word “Fast” does not mean zero recovery. Following treatment, you may experience common temporary reactions such as redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or small papules (bumps) at the injection sites. Because delicate periocular skin is very thin, swelling or bruising can be more visible here than on other parts of the face.

While rare, medically important complications can occur with any injectable, including infection, hypersensitivity, or vascular compromise. If you experience severe or rapidly worsening pain, pale/mottled skin, or visual disturbance, urgent medical assessment is required. We provide detailed aftercare instructions: keep the area clean, avoid unnecessary touching, delay makeup application, and avoid strenuous exercise or excessive heat temporarily.
