The plan excludes opened-pen dates at or after 30 days from first use. New-stock quantities are rounded up to whole four-dose pens. The next date and number of weeks are your entered plan; changes or missed doses need confirmation with the clinical team.
FAQ
Does this calculator tell me how many clicks to use?
No. It plans stock using full prescribed doses. Mounjaro KwikPen dose selection is not calculated from click counts.
How many full doses are counted per KwikPen?
Four. The tool counts an unopened four-dose KwikPen as four full doses and subtracts the full doses you record as used. It does not count leftover liquid as a fifth dose.
How is the opened-pen date handled?
Planned dates at or after 30 days from first use are excluded from that pen. An opened pen is also finished after its four full doses. Check the actual label and storage condition with your clinical team.
Can I use the calendar to change or restart treatment?
No. The calendar repeats the next weekly date you enter and estimates stock for that plan. It does not decide initiation, titration, missed-dose management or restarting treatment.
