Products and aftercare. Education before purchase.

This route is an education hub, not a shop. It does not advertise stock, prices or an online checkout.

Clear information. Considered choices. A consultation comes first.
No automatic product list

Begin with the need, not the shelf.

A cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen, active ingredient or post-procedure product can have a different role depending on skin condition and the treatment performed. A familiar category does not establish that every formulation is interchangeable. Ask what problem the item is intended to address and how it fits the rest of the plan.

This page does not display current Eco Botanic inventory or prices and does not create a shopping cart. The earlier demo shop shell had no verified catalogue. Replacing it with patient education avoids implying that a product can be selected and purchased without assessment.

For prescription medicines, injectables, IV ingredients or procedure-linked products, do not use online shopping as a shortcut around a clinical pathway. Identity, sourcing, storage, expiry, suitability and administration require current professional verification.

Exact name and instructions

A label is a starting point, not the full record.

Ask for the exact product name, formulation and instructions relevant to you. Brand families can contain products with different strengths and ingredients. A package photograph from another country may not match the Malaysian presentation or establish what the clinic currently supplies.

Check how the item should be used, what should be avoided, how long the advice applies and what to do if irritation or another problem occurs. “Medical grade” and “clinic exclusive” are marketing descriptions unless the specific formulation and reason for use are explained.

Keep receipts, labels or treatment cards when they contain useful identity information. If you later see another clinician, saying only “a serum” or “a booster” may not be enough. Accurate records matter more than remembering the colour or shape of a box.

Instructions belong to the treatment

Generic advice cannot cover every procedure.

Aftercare for injectables, energy devices, peels, IV therapy, joint procedures and surgery can differ substantially. Follow the written instructions for what was actually done. Do not copy restrictions from another person or stop prescribed medicine because of a generic website list.

Ask about cleansing, skincare actives, makeup, sun exposure, exercise, heat, pressure, driving and travel only as they relate to the exact procedure. Recovery timing should be expressed as a range, with a plan for changes that fall outside the expected course.

If a recommended product causes burning, swelling, rash or worsening discomfort, stop guessing and contact the responsible team for guidance. Serious or rapidly worsening symptoms need urgent local medical assessment. A routine product question should not delay care.

Take the record home with you.

Before returning to Singapore, confirm the procedure, product or device identity, immediate aftercare, warning signs and contact route. Ask which concerns can be reviewed by message and which require examination. A cross-border plan should not assume that every complication can wait.

Carry essential aftercare items in a practical way, but do not build a complex routine for the journey without instruction. If temperature, storage or transport matters for a medicine or product, obtain specific advice. Ask for the product-specific storage and transport instructions.

Include the cost of follow-up and replacement items when comparing plans. A low headline treatment price may not describe the complete pathway. The purpose is not to sell more products; it is to understand what is necessary, optional and evidence-based for your care.

Use the page well

Turn reading into a safer conversation.

A useful product discussion begins with the concern and current routine. Bring or photograph the labels of products you already use, especially prescription items and active ingredients. This helps the clinician recognise duplication, irritation risk or an instruction that may need temporary adjustment.

Ask whether the recommended item is essential to safety, helpful for comfort, intended for a specific outcome or simply optional. Those categories affect how you judge cost and alternatives. If a less expensive substitute is reasonable, ask which ingredients or properties must remain the same.

Do not assume that more products create better recovery. Layering unfamiliar actives immediately after a procedure can complicate irritation and make it harder to identify the cause. A short, clearly explained routine may be more useful than a large bundle.

For sun-related advice, ask about timing, physical protection and the sunscreen appropriate to your skin and procedure. A broad instruction to “avoid sun” is incomplete if the patient does not understand how long the caution applies or how to manage daily travel.

If you receive treatment elsewhere later, share the earlier record. Product categories such as filler, toxin, skin booster, collagen stimulator or exosome should not be treated as exact identities. The next provider needs the name and date when available, and uncertainty should be stated rather than guessed.

This page intentionally contains no prices, stock badges or checkout buttons. Those would imply a current commercial catalogue that has not been verified. Contact the clinic for present operational information and keep the decision connected to assessment and aftercare.

When a product is recommended for a limited period, ask what happens at the end of that period. Continuing indefinitely, changing strength or adding another active ingredient should not be assumed. A clear stop, review or maintenance point prevents a temporary instruction from becoming an uncontrolled long-term routine.

Store written advice where it can be found during travel or a later consultation. If the packaging is discarded, preserve the exact name and relevant record first. Clear documentation is especially helpful when an unexpected reaction begins after the patient has returned to Singapore.

Ask how a new item should be introduced when your skin is already irritated or recovering. Starting several products together can hide which one caused a problem. A staged, documented approach may be easier to assess, but the responsible clinician should decide what is appropriate for the actual procedure and skin condition.

A useful aftercare plan should be discussed before you leave Eco Botanic, especially if you are travelling to Singapore. Save the contact route and warning signs somewhere you can retrieve them without network access. Keep the plan short enough to follow: the procedure and date, the exact product or device where relevant, what to do that evening, restrictions for the first few days, warning signs, and who can answer questions. Keep a copy accessible when travelling or speaking to another clinician.

Check current clinician identity, stock, device inventory, price and appointment availability directly before the intended visit. Individual suitability requires an assessment. Seek appropriate local medical care for urgent symptoms rather than waiting for a routine clinic message or cross-border journey.
